Guided Soundbath with Courtenay Mayes

This one-hour soundbath is for deep relaxation and exploration of one’s inner landscape, facilitated by Courtenay Mayes whose performative sensory experiments are informed by dreams, writing, literature and psychotropic experiences. The felt vibration of the crystal singing bowls can assist in the transport to higher levels of consciousness. Come and get wavy. This event requires no registration, and is on a first-come, first-served basis.
